I haven't had a chance to download my data, but Team-Magic was quick in releasing the final results. So at the least, I can begin to breakdown what I did well versus what I didn't do well. The great thing about a multi-sport race is that you there are a number of different components of the races. It is much more than just an overall and age group place. You want to review your results in each of the disciplines. There you can see where you struggle, when you were passed and when you made up ground.
I said the other day, Ideally, I would love to get my time sub-3 hours but I don't think that will happen this year. Well, that about sums up the day. My official time was 3.00.04. Damn those 4 seconds. Had I only been able to see the clock at the end of the race, maybe I would have picked it up a bit.
Well here is a comparative analysis of my results:
| Overall | Men's Division | 25-29 Division | |||
| Overall Time | 3:00:04 | 84/214 | 74/169 | 5/12 | |
| Run 1 | 0:37:45 | 132/214 | 114/169 | 10/12 | |
| T1 | 0:01:08 | 76/214 | 64/169 | 6/12 | |
| Bike | 1:41:34 | 66/214 | 61/169 | 6/12 | |
| T2 | 0:00:52 | 34/214 | 28/169 | 3/12 | |
| Run 2 | 0:38:47 | 98/214 | 81/169 | 4/12 |
Race report to come later....
